In occasione dei 10 anni dalla ideazione di Aiop Giovani, il 20 marzo si terranno gli Stati Generali a Bologna, presso Unindustria (via S.Domenico 4).

La mattina, solo per i Soci Aiop Giovani, è prevista l'Assemblea per l'elezione del nuovo Coordinatore Nazionale e dei 3 V/Coordinatori dell'Area Nord, Centro e Sud.

Nel pomeriggio un evento pubblico in cui saranno presentate le Tesi di Aiop Giovani. Interverranno personaggi illustri della vita nazionale. 

Aiop Giovani organizes a training course from 26 to 27 January 2012 entitled Accountability, Research, Continuous Training – New Challenges for Private Healthcare in the Age of Clinical Governance.

 

The approach of the system to Clinical Governance – emphasized by the 2011 – 2013 National Healthcare Plan – poses new challenges to public and private organizations: to acquire new methodological tools (assistance pathways, clinical audit, risk management, technology assessment, etc.) to be used in an integrated manner, to render research and continuous training activities transversal tools of clinical governance, to prepare a multi-level system of indicators (security, efficacy, appropriateness, efficiency, equity, user involvement) like measures of accountability and openness.

These topics will be introduced by Dr.Nino Cartabellotta, an expert who has dealt with these topics on Il Sole 24 Ore several times, and promoted by Fondazione GIMBE (www.gimbe.org) of which he is the Chairman.

This event convenes medical and financial leaders from major employers, health plans and public health officials, with the goal of delivering an action plan for improving population health outcomes through innovation in prevention initiatives. Case studies, thought leadership and data are presented in the context of addressing four levels of prevention: primordial, primary, secondary and tertiary.

2011 Study Tour in London, for the period 31 March-1 April 2011, about "The NHS trend". 

The violent earthquake that has recently hit Japan is stirring everyone’s conscience.

 In the last few years Aiop Giovani have actively cooperated with both professionals and Japanese hospital institutions and have thus learnt to value its culture and laboriousness.

We have been in touch with the Japanese Embassy in Italy and wish to make a tangible contribution.

In collaboration with the Cuban Embassy in Rome, the Aiop Youth Study Tour 2010 was held in Havana, from the 19^th to the 22^nd October 2010.

September the 11th on the Ferry-boat program of Radio 24, on air on Saturday at 3:30 pm, spoke Averardo Orta, President of Private Hospital Santa Viola of Bologna and National Coordinator AIOP Young, chose to write up the social budget for his company.
The social budget is the only tool that can analyze, measure and evaluate the social quality of the company. Noticed by Mario Mazzoleni, Associated Professor at the University of Brescia, where he attended courses in Business Administration, Economics and Management of Companies and Cooperatives and Special Issues of Budget Report and Social Budget.

A two-day training session hold for the Members of the Aiop Youth Group, in a Holiday Farm in Umbria the 8^th and 9^th July.
Theme of the event: "Conflict communication, negotiation and management," to be delivered by Paolo Vergnani, lecturer in Sociology and Mass Communications at the University of Ferrara, where he covers the role of Scientific Director for the improvement of crisis and conflict management. He has participated in conflict management panels in different countries such as: Brazil, Bosnia, Angola, the former URSS and Iraq.

The training is aimed at acquiring the skills and competencies for the management of complex interlocutors.
